Important Things to Know

Some posts were no longer being displayed, so I thought I would reorganize the tab along the top, called "The Basics", to make it more useful.  Instead of scrolling through the posts, I will provide a list with links to them instead (see below).  Now as I add more important food information, it will not be lost.

Try to spend time reading through each of these posts so that you know why it is important to understand our current food supply and how your food affects your health.
My friend, Laurie, sent me a link to a video yesterday about an MD doctor who developed multiple sclerosis, MS.  With conventional medicine and the standard American diet, within a couple years she deteriorated quickly.  When confined to a wheel chair and unable to even sit in that for very long, she decided to look to real food, 100% God-made food, for a cure instead.  She began to improve immediately, and within nine months was back to an active, normal lifestyle including horseback riding and biking.

If you have chronic health issues, eating a diet of 100% God-made foods is the answer.  If you don't have health issues, now is the time to change your diet before you develop health problems.  Realize your food choices not only affect you, but your descendants.  No one can retain good health eating man-made processed foods.  Most importantly, God-made foods taste so much better.  Learning about your foods, and changing your eating habits, will bless you in so many ways.
